Beauty is who you are as a person. Beauty should be about not only what people see when the look at you but also what they hear when you talk. Beauty is about your attitude toward people, your personality. You can pretty but have a really ugly personality and that takes away your beauty as a person. This goes for both Male and Female.

Today all people defined beauty on there look and there outer beauty and not there inner beauty.

• Beauty defined by Gender

Beauty is how you express yourself  and showing you true beauty weather your male or female. 

Most men think that women should be shy,passive and submissive.

Men think that they are they ones that should make more money then the woman.

Women are expected to be short and slender,small and dedicated while men are supposes to be tall with broad shoulders. 

• Beauty defined by Culture

Beauty is also about where you come from. Its about your history, family, where you was raised all of these things show our inner beauty and that is things people should look at beside just your outer beauty.

In Ethiopia, women's scars are considered both attractive and super- sexy.
Stretched earlobes are a beauty ideal among the Masai of Kenya.

No matter what age you are whether you 9 or 99 beauty is who you are from the inside jot what to outside looks like.

Most people think they women no matter what the age is thinks that you need the natural look, and there so right.

        For Halloween my family does not go all out like most american family do.  In the american traditions Halloween is a big deal full of fun and scares .69% of american decorate for Halloween each and every year. Most of the family's go out and get candy while other hand out candy or have party's . Family spend time before Halloween carving pumpkins and picking out there Halloween costumes.  

Dreams(extra)

 Dreams are for dreamers, and dreams go nowhere. Be real is not true for most people. When your a little kid they always dream weather its a little boy dreaming of becoming a police officer when he grows up or a little girl dreaming of her wedding day. We all dream and if you start young and work  for what you want you want then  most of the time your dreams will come true. When you start dreaming on what you want to happen it does not mean that it wont happen because its called a dream you will just have to work for it.  Now matter what people say about you or someone else dreaming never let that stop you from doing it. Dream big and make sure it happened.

Tell the truth

Your REAL friends will always tell the truth now matter if you want to hear it or not. I have had many examples  of me or them telling the truth of whats going on. My 8th grade year my best friend was dating this guy and I didn't like him and I had been told that he was cheating on her. I didn't really want to tell her that he was cheating but with me being her best friend and I knew she would not want to her me tell this but I was going to be a REAL friend so I told her.
I turns out the he was cheating on her and they broke up. Whenever I know something and I think my friends need to know I will always tell them. Im going to be a real friend and always tell them the truth weather they want to hear it or not im going to tell them. Thats what being a REAL friend is.

“I had a child when I was sixteen. I got kicked out of high school because of all the absences. My family and community pretty much wrote me off. But right away I got a job at a sporting goods store. Soon I was able to get a job as a receptionist at a tax company, and they gave me enough responsibilities that I learned how to do taxes. Eventually I learned enough to become an associate. Then I got offered a job at a smaller company, and even though it was a pay cut, they offered me responsibility over all the books — accounts payable, accounts receivable, everything. It was less money but I wanted that experience so I took the risk. And I’m so glad I did, because six months later, the controller of that company left and I was given that position. They told me they couldn’t officially call me the controller because I didn’t have a college degree. So I finished my degree 5 months ago — just to make it official! So after having a child at sixteen, I made it all the way to controller of a company, without even having a college degree. Can you believe that? Honestly, I’ve been waiting to tell that story so long that I told it to a customer service representative on the phone last week. She was nice about it and pretended to care.”

-The reason that Human of New York is so popular is because it inspirational and it can help out people that maybe go through the same thing that the people is going through.

The part that I liked about this picture was that she looked like some one that was kind and that could get through anything that life throws at her. 

The part that interested me in this post was even though she had a child at the age of 16 she came through of that and got a job and later on she was the controller of the company.
